it's so weird bc even though everyone's interests is just publicly on display and usually in neon green or smth i STILL find it hard talking to ppl on here lmao
i don't wanna sound judgy or anything , this is just my opinion, but i feel like a massive wall of text about your interests just isnt helpful. tbh my eyes kinda glaze over when i look at them unless i see one of my favs but even then like... what am i supposed to say about the fact that someone shares an interest with me other than "OMG!!!! [INTEREST] MENTIONED!!!"

lmao u thought u ate but NO!!! there's a difference. i feel like i went through a lot of effort to actually talk about my interests on my page(???). so like people can see my opinions and be like "oh yeah i have opinions on this guys opinions and now i will bombard his dm's with MY opinions about HIS opinions" (PLEEEEAAASESEEE do this!!)
idk i just feel like that's a way better way to show what ur like on you're page, personality and stuff yknow??

i am so guilty......... but i feel like for a good amount of people (including me) it's only this way cause their account is still a work in progress and they'd rather stack their interests first, with the intention of making it more fun for others to read (as you did in your profile) once they feel that they've gathered a fine amount of their favourite hobbies, bands, genres etc etc. i hope i articulated myself well enough because I'm tired asf

that's actually a good point not everyone is chronically online enough to have time to write walls of text about their fandoms lmaoo. also nuh uh that was like 2 sentences plus people neeed to yap more. the stigmatization of yap is the biggest tragedy of the 21st century (even if it is ironic)
