my noggin feels kinda cooked (nearing the end of the first semester)

having november blues... 

second half of the semester and it really is a slow drag to the finish line. so many projects, work to catch up with, trying to be social....

it truly is hard to be social as a grad student. there's barely any clubs and it's so hard to meet people outside of classes. I really did wish they had some sort of assigned housing for us so we could be social like the undergrad years, but that'd be asking for too much.

i'm currently editing a paper for class before I submit it and I'm realizing that a lot of what I wrote doesn't really make sense like I thought it would.... has anyone else felt like their brain has been more fried over the years??? like i feel pretty certain i have long covid to some extent because my brain really doesn't work like it used to but that's truly a whole nother can of worms for another time....

aside from that i hope everyone's doing well. trying to get by academically and socially but things have been tough. really cant wait to hibernate for 2 months once winter break rolls around. i don't have any cool updates to share this time, sorry :( 

hopefully thanksgiving break is kind to me and i get to relax a bit, but i have so much coming up that i'm not too sure. i hate it here let me outtttt
