At a sleepover with your friends and can’t sleep and their parents come and check on you? Strict as fuck parents who check on you and stay there longer than normal? Fear no more! Here’s a tutorial on how to fake sleep.
1: Close your eyes, grab a plushie, and pull the blanket up over your shoulders. (If you’re hiding something, keep it in a drawer, in your blanket, or under a pillow.)
2: When they’re in the room, don’t panic- do not react. If they use their phone flashlight (or a flashlight in general) DO NOT open your eyes and try to keep your eyelids still.
3: When they leave and the door closes, listen to their footsteps. Some parents/guardians close the door and wait for a response.
