Band help

So I really wanna start a band and sing in it but IDK where to get started :( first, how TF do I find people to start a band with (especially with the same type of music I wanna sing) plus, how do I even know if I'm a good singer, like how do you find that out? Idk man, I'm tweaking out. Plus, how do you even write lyrics? If anyone can answer any of these that would be epic <3
