WHERE TO SHOP??

Hi friends!! I'm still kinda new to the whole 2000's/Mcbling style of dressing so I don't have many pieces, but WHERE SHOULD I BE LOOKING??? I've looking online, in-store, I've even gone thrifting but I just can't seem to find anything in my area that doesn't cost a fortune :/ plz help!! I need suggestions right flippin neow. Thank you! :P
