Bae i have been having some weird sleep paralisis lately. They are like these dreams where I am awake and can move around and touch my bed with my hands, but when I open my eyes I see a dreamscape, like an art studio or a videogame set. Then when it goes away my whole body hurts.
Anyone else has had something like this happen to them?

I can. I also had false awakenings. But well my first experience I heard a laugh, saw a face of a demon and was unable to move or speak at all. It had sharp teeth and might've been short. I was seeing things as if I was not at all asleep but just lying in bed. 2nd time tho, the lighting in my room was red. Still couldn't speak or move. I saw moving shadows on the wall. It appeared as somebody was on me and had a drill. Drilling into my head. Shadow tentacle movement on the wall I was facing. This was the paralysis ones.

ay how scary, I always try to sleep facing my pillow or the wall so if I have a sleep paralisis I wont see anything. Its in my top ranking of fears.

No it has only happened twice, but the last one lasted four days so I was super scared.
