so, i’m buying a a journal book from Barnes & Noble which is cost $25 *bombastic side eye*, and i need a self guided journal books for ADHD, & BPD but i don’t where to buy from a website, can someone please help me?! it would be very appreciated if you comment on a self guided journal books titles. thank you! shukran!
