Hellish Circus - Devlog

Day 1

So i have finally decided to start it...my solo? graduation project - Hellish Circus. The concept of the game is literally about teens in the afterlife and how they want to fix everything from the life they were living. That's basically the whole game in one sentence. im thinking to make it Rp combined with Visual Novel kind of game (like Studio Investigrave's games and Hatoge's games)but we will see how it will work out! For the makinf i will probably use Godot Engine cuz i want to do something unique on my project i don't want it to JUST ANOTHER rpg/visual novel game yk?

So all afternoon i watched multiple videos about games and developing and found out about this simple free program for making game music - BoscaCeoil (you can download it from itch.io). Some people praise it, some hate it but for me it's ok you just have to get used to it and experience with the program :3

Except for that i realized it was time to do a good character sheet for every single one of my ocs who will be in the game (even the one that already have one). Tho i started a bit too late for me to finish one sheet....

i know there are mistakes. but at the time i finished just this it was 1am and i don't want to pull all nighter these days so yeah i just have to leave it for the next day. Btw you might not recognize this character at first glance cuz this is my second most oc i have been changing constanly AND I EVEN HAD REFERENCE WHILE DRAWING HIM RN idk if my artstyle changing in few days is bad or good anymore but im proud of it since i finally drew a hand that doesn't look weird!!!!!!!!!!YIPPE!!

Day 2

So today i finished my first character sheet and here is it

didn't change anything cuz ... i forgot. This is just a simple character sheet i will most definitely re do all of the sheets later on after i see how im going with the game developing.

I started to do my next character sheet but i didn't like how i draw her so no pics yet sorry.

I also made another sound/music sample that i might use

Mention game before and i decided to plan how the main menu will be and to make it so i have a start (even when most devs do the main title the last)

i might change it when i colored the sketch but yeah....thinking to make it move a bit like the fog and maybe there will be gold sparkles and glitches between hell or heaven 

it's Sunday so i couldn't do a lot today but i will watch some tutorial and train myself to make a basic main menu

Day 3

Haven't done on my game my bad guys. I learned im getting a new graphic tablet on Christmas so there won't be major updates on the game till then. Today out of boredom i decided to finally decide what kind of font im going to be using for the title of the game on the main menu and im a bit of the edge since i choose between a few so please vote here which you think is the best - vote here
