Hello little stars :)
The Scene Subculture
The scene subculture is a youth-oriented style and social movement that emerged in the early 2000s, blending elements of alternative, emo, and hardcore punk with pop culture influences. It is characterized by a distinct aesthetic, music preferences, and lifestyle. Scene kids are known for their love of post-hardore, metalcore, crunkcore, electronicore, pop-punk, and alternative rock. Bands like Bring Me the Horizon, Black Veil Brides, Asking Alexandria, and Blood on the Dance Floor were iconic.Scene subculture thrived during the rise of social media platforms like Myspace and later Tumblr. Online self-expression was a huge part of being scene, with curated profiles featuring flashy designs, playlists, and photo edits. The vibe of the scene often leaned toward quirky, playful, and slightly over-the-top self-presentation, contrasting with the darker tones of emo.
Scene X Emo
While often confused with emo, scene culture has brighter, more flamboyant aesthetics and less focus on introspection or melancholy. Emo emphasizes emotional expression and darker themes, while scene is more about fun, fashion, and partying.

i rlly dont mean 2 be this type of person but traditional scene songs (ones that really made up the culture) were bands like millionaires, sleeping with sirens, attack attack!, 18 visions, and lots of other bands that evolved from myspace; the playlist that you linked is more of a modernized version of scene

firstly: my focus is to talk about subculture fashion, not music, secondly: i literally wrote some of the bands that were part of the scene subculture, you didn't read it because you didn't want to
