I think it's interesting what type of people you are associated with within day-to-day life. if you've had a hard time with anything at all I understand and all I will say is that it really does get better. a lot of things are just in your mind, when something bad happens it's a reaction, then chains of different emotions all at once depending on what it is and how your brain is wired, if you're anything like me, you'll stress, dwell or overthink until your head feels numb & then no hope for anything good. now when you read it like that, that sounds depressing right. well, there is always ways you can think about things then if the situations are more complex maybe a little differently. even if this sounds like common sense and you read this and you're like "well I already knew you were gonna say that, but it doesn't work" yes it does. if you walk through life really harnessing you can conquer anything (mindset) without being rude or cocky, mean & nasty (personality) IYKYK, you will. If you use encouraging words, affirmation messages, tell yourself you can do this and if you haven't tried a different way say "idk I haven't tried that yet" implying you will as a future tense, you will. always say you can because the more you say and tell yourself as well as believing, you really can do it. when you let negative energy impact (badly) you, lose hope in yourself & your light is gone. the more you tell yourself it won't get better the more you won't see the positive signs. you'll just feel stuck, which is normal, but shouldn't be eternal. there is always a way out. a GOOD way out, your feelings are always valid. you're the only one who really knows you. so, the next time a situation or problem happens it's okay to feel stuck for a second, just know that it will not last forever/as long as you let it, you can conquer anything. stay happy :)) <3
