Pennsylvania Dutch Scrapple!!!

That moment when cutting the scrapple nicely makes me happy! 😅 It isn't my first time to cut this but this big block of scrapple was such a pain to slice. The two times I attempted, it crumbled to pieces. 😂 I needed hubby to show me the technique. 🤣

We all love scrapple and it's Sven's official fave snack! 💛

To people who don't know what scrapple is, it is a traditional Pennsylvania Dutch dish made of hog offal, such as the head, heart, liver, and other trimmings with cornmeal, flour, and spices. I don't have any issue eating it since I love eating heart and liver. 😊

Update: so Catbox.moe worked! Yay!

do you eat it cold or fry it up? add it to a meat pie? how would you prepare it?

I pan fry it. I cook it so simple. I have to be careful handling it cos it crumbles easily. I usually eat it without syrup. I haven't tried eating with ketchup but some people do.
