Honestly I think that Emily is a very good singer. The idea of Linkin Park was not finding someone else to take Chester's place, they were just looking for the right person to carry on the band with.
I don't understand the og fans who hate on Emily. She's just doing what she's good to!

If i'm gon be honest she is good but lp died with Chester :/ I understand why they wanted a new vocalist but I personally cannot listen to any songs w her, it's just not the same ykyk
oh, personally I think that she sounds good too. Maybe it's because I've never listened to lp a lot but I like Chester's and Emily's voice both.

emily is a very good singer and i do think she's a fitting "replacement" for chester (no one can replace chester) just based on her vocals
with that said, though i do like a couple of the new songs that i've heard, it's kind of obvious that mike shinoda is kind of just in it for the money/fame at this point... like when you think back on his history with the band, eg he once told chester that linkin park would've been better with a female singer instead of chester
and after chester's death, his mother was promised by the band that any decisions going forth wrt linkin park would be run by her, i think they let her know about maybe one or two things (like releasing previously unreleased songs), but she wasn't told anything about emily coming into the band or having her sing chester's songs
basically, sure the music is still good, but i dont feel great about supporting them at this point. but everyone can come to their own conclusion
