Who is officially the legendary super saiyan????

Ok so I watched a video on who the actual Legendary Super Saiyan really was the other day. The video said Yamoshi the first Super Saiyan, is the official Legendary Super Saiyan. Makes sense! Yamoshi is the first Super Saiyan so of course he has to be! But then there's Goku who I also agree could be The Legendary Super Saiyan considering he's the first Super Saiyan in thousands of years. Then there's the argument of Broly and yes, Z Broly is NOT canon BUT Dragon Ball Super Broly IS canon according to articles STATING that Toriyama made Super Broly canon. So does that mean Broly truly IS The Legendary Super Saiyan??? I'm very confused about who is or who is NOT The Legendary Super Saiyan. Right now the only thing or the only person I believe to be The Legendary Super Saiyan is Yamoshi. Please give me your thoughts and opinions!
