work rants pt1

today my manager really pissed me off... so shenanigan came in 15v minutes late today. its gotten to the point where we all expect her to be late, which isn't right. im not a shift lead or higher up of any kind but i wanted to call her out about it. if you're at least 15 minutes late everyday wouldn't you think to leave your house 15 minutes earlier? anyways, i ask my manager if anything has been said to her about this and she she brushes me off by saying there's a order on drive thru. so obviously, i was pretty upset about the whole thing and it was written all over my face. so my other manager sunny, she asked me what was wrong and i briefly elaborated. she totally understood where i was coming from and told me that something should have been said to shenanigan about this consistently being late bs. anyways, im getting sick and tired of this bs and not to mention ive worked at this store for almost two years and haven't been promoted. i bust my ass every shift, everyone knows it, and im still just "crew". its so aggravating!
