Actually, it's not me

it's you

but you know me,

I like being all alone

and keeping you all alone.

it's not me

it's the you I've created in my head

but you know me,

I'll kick and I'll thrash

at the sound of affection.

it's not me

it's the thickness of the walls I put up

but you knew me,

I do whatever it takes

to keep myself all alone.
