can sum1 please read and help me what I need to work on with my story

basically i have a totally not a rip off of hannibal which is a crime blogger & a vampire!! tw!! mentions of abuse & trauma & murder

here's the rundown of it 

Jazzie the vampire comes into town as crime increases using they're victims' blood as for paints and they're flesh for sculptures Carter-Lee a crime blogger takes notice and interest and records everything about the crimes Jazzie loves the attention and Carter is enjoying the mystery and they start to both stalk each other. 

other facts

Jazzie is based on trauma hence the vampire she is stuck becoming the abuser that she hated her original name was Jasmine Bell but she changed it to Jazzie as it goes with Jazz she doesn't have a specific gender she uses her feminine side to allure people and trick them and changes to a more masculine look  to actually do the murders so she won't get caught

Carter-Lee is a trans crime blogger as stated above and is very involved with crimes he had hopes of becoming a criminal investigator but failed his classes and became a dropout

this all takes place with the state of Oregon as well!!

please tell me what I need to work on if anything any criticism works with me :D
