PFP help

I keep trying to change my PFP from the default but it won't work??? Like the image is the right file size and everything idk what I'm doing wrong...

theres been a glitch happening with the pfps alot lately ️️i donr know how to fix it

ok good to know. I checked on the app and I can see it on there just not on the website... weird
