Hospitalisation or wtv

I wont go to school for the next like two months until i get a place in a mental hospital in probably January. Ive been struggling with mental health and school for about four years but never wanted to go to one bc up until recently i´ve only heard bad things about it. I mean i am open to it and ready to go there but i´m still not sure if it´s not just a waste of time. If i do go ill be there for around 12 weeks and the only thing that throws me off is thr fact i wont be able to listen to music for the majority of my day.
