Ramble about pokemon scarlet since i pretty much have finished it and im currently hyperfixated on it (Spoilers)

Ok so like ive finished the game but i havent done the epilogue yet since like yk :P i haven't done the dlc either since im get to buy it. But pretty much here’s my ramble!

My team was Meowscarada (nicknamed Dwayne), Arcanine, Sylveon, Clodsire (nicknamed Wobin), Dragonite (Golduck and Vaperon had both been in Dragonite’s place before tho) and Pawmot (not in exact order btw they were all jumbled up in my party how i felt LMAO). Absolutely goated team ik 😎

Ok so first of all the gyms and Nemona! Very cool. I like how pokemon sv stick to the fact you can do gyms, the og kind of way of the game but also other stuff. The gyms were really easy for me, except for the ice type gym since i was very under level. I loveee Nemona’s character she’s so yuritastic. I aced the elite four and Geeta btw 🔥🔥 very easy. Literally Poppy’s battle was harder than Geeta’s lmao 😭 Also the interview thing was soo goofy like WHAT was Rika doing bro

Next up the team star plot. Team star my beloveddd omg. Even though i didn’t really understanding the bullying thing too much the plot was really creative. Also PENNY!! PENNY ILY (she’s literally me guys trust). The whole Cassiopeia thing was crazy n stuff. Also what the sigma was Clive bro. I knew he was sus with that awful haircut. Also all the team star members are so cool. Love them all. The battle against Penny was really funny since we both has Sylveons lmao 😭 our Sylveons battled it out and hers one 😔 still won the battle tho!

Ok now finally the titans and Arven. Jeez i have a lot to say. First of all, SOMEONE give Arven a hug holy shit my poor guy 😭 The titan battles in general were easy it was just the LORE damn. Arven doing it to find the herbs for his Mashosstiff or whatever the hell it was called was so adorable. Now when i found out Sada was his mum i wasn’t surprised but like damn LORE BOMB. Bro got those mommy issues. I loved going to Area 0 with him, Nemona and Penny. All the dialogue was so interesting. Nemona saying her parents weren’t really there for her? Also ofc Sada not being there for Arven (someone needs to give these kids hugs i swear). 

The whole thing were Sada’s voice was glitching when we got to that one lab was terrifying also. And the ancient pokemon? What the hell was going on with jigglypuff i swear 😭 But yeah the fact that Sada actually passed away and there were two Koriadons was intense. And AI Sada was crazy. Also the whole battle and when you had to shut down the time machine too. Her whole text being weird and stuff was just so cool. Plus the whole thing where Koridon had his battle form was absolutely sick.

The ending absolutely broke me bro. AI Sada saying about how Arven’s mum did actually love him had me on the verge of tears i swear. And the ending where they were leaving and stuff and Arven had found out that his mum passed :( they REALLY put the new games up a notch with lore.

So yeah. I’ve heard a ton of people complaining about it and i think they just dont like fun! Like sure it was buggy and lagging but cmon live a little. Secondly, i feel like a lot of pokemon fans just like it for the battle stuff and not the lore which is kind of the opposite of me. This is kinda random but i love lore! I also feel thats why some people dislike sun and moon, because it had so much lore and dialogue. Funny enough, sun was my first pokemon game. Anyway yeah thats my rant! Really hope i can get the dlc for christmas since it sounds so cool. Idk if anyone will read this to the end but if you do uhh sigma 😎 (idk how to end this)
