Pedophile incidences! (to be continued probably!!)

So this is one of the most insane thing in my life that is still ongoing (well, i guess not that insane since pedophiles are everywhere now, but still crazy!!) 

so i live in an apartment building, and maybe about 3-4 doors down from mine lives this old black bald fat short guy who i know has a wife cause when i walk past his door i can hear her sometimes. i'm technically not 16 yet but my birthday is in less than a week so ill just say 16, but this situation has been going on since i was 14

 i've learned the times he leaves his apartment now due to the amount of incidents ive had with him, and theyre all around 10am-12:30pm or 4-6pm. ill just go by incidents one at a time

ive lived in this apartment and ive never had any weird encounters with him the years ive been living here since the summer after 8th grade which is when everything started.

 I realized what was going on and how creepy this guy was being when i was going to see coraline at the theatres with my friends and my friend and her mom were picking me up from my place to go see the movie. While i was walking out to go to my friends car, the guy was walking towards my building (since he lives there too) and when i got up to my friends car my friend and her mom were sitting in waiting for me to go in, and the guy came up to me at that point and was like "hi how are you doing!" and i am a shy awkward person so i am nice and im just like "im good just going to see a movie" and he reaches towards me and grabs my hand, and starts asking about me saying im pretty and asking how old i am, and while im repeating "uhmm im 14.. 14! im 14..!!" im trying to pull my hand back and i go and open the door to my friends car and i sit down and he keeps walking towards and he starts LEANING into my friends' moms' car and thought when i said 14 i was saying 18 so he kept saying "18? 18? 18? 18?" and i kept saying "no no.. no im 14. im FOUR teen" until my friends' mom yelled at him that we had to go and then he left and i shut the door. actually insane that the first weird incident he did Infront of a mom and another kid.

after that, nothing too crazy happened. id see him in the hall or outside and just tried ending conversations quickly and walked away. 

it started getting weird though when one time i was walking to work and he was asking me about school and saying stuff about college like i was an adult in college, and i said "no not in college" but that was the end when i walked away after.

there was also this one time i was doing my laundry and i saw him walking into the building so i was spamming the close door button on the elevator before he came in cause i saw him stare at me

then, he started stopping me if he saw me in public and giving me $5 a few times to "get myself a pop" and that ended after a bit

the most recent one 

so this one happened last week actually! i was leaving to go to my friends house for a sleepover and when i got out of the building he was down there and he stopped me and was saying hi, so i just said hi and was abt to walk away when he started asking me questions about my job, but i think he was talking about my most recent one i quit instead of my old one cause he knew i quit my old one and saw me a couple months ago in my new work shirt, which makes me think he saw i didnt work at the new place anymore either. While he was asking me things he kept stepping closer and opening my arms trying to grab me in a "casual" way and then tried side grabbing me when i started walking away and then i just sped walked to my friends house and on the way i was having a panic attack and started sobbing when i saw my friend , then i got weed heart 

so, from all of this, im realizing i cant let him stop me anymore and if he tries im going to keep walking and if he touches me im going to pepper spray him because im refusing to go out alone anymore without my pepper spray!!
