My old best friend wants to talk?

She had blocked and unfriended me on everything one night, I had told her about herself and how she should talk to me more. I would only get 1 message from her every 2 or 3 months. She had read the message and didn't talk to me for a week, I thought it was weird because I had spent the weekend with her family for her birthday.. so why was she so mad..??? 

We drifted apart after I confronted her and haven't talked since early October and late September. A few "I'm sorry" or "I miss you" text but never trying to fix our friendship of 3 years. I'm kinda nervous. We'll be meeting after school, probably a awkwardly long conversation and a boring walk.
