The "Needed This Sooner" Effect?

I very often find sites that I wish I knew about sooner. There's places for tracking music (last fm), rating music by album or by each song (rate your music), and even activity tracking (presencedb; great discord utility!) that I find out about recently and wish I knew about it earlier so I could have my history in order. It's really depressing :(

I daydream a lot too, about what I could have tracked if I just knew about these sites sooner. I wonder if there's a name for this effect? :O

This is in blog format because my bigger blog on NeoCities is kind of dead (too lazy to continue it), but I also want to be more active on SpaceHey, haha...
