Bird Genus Rankings: Kites

Hello everyone. I'm ranking (almost) every genus under the category of Kites today. It has to have Kite in the common name, so no Black Breasted Buzzard(Hamirostra would be #3), even if they are considered kites.  This is my opinion, so it might be dogshit, sorry about that. I love all of these birds though, just ranking my favorites!

1. Rostrhamus (Snail Kite, wouldn't put anything else here lol)
2. Helicolestes (Slender Billed Kite, this is another obvious one)
3. Chondrohierax (Hook Billed and Cuban Kites)
4. Elanoides(Swallow-Tailed Kite)
5. Haliastur (Whistling and Brahminy Kite)
6. Milvus(Black Kite, Red Kite, etc.)
7. Leptodon(White Collared and Grey Headed Kites)
8. Chelictinia (Scissor Tailed Kite)
9. Gampsonyx (Pearl Kite)
10. Harpagus(Double Toothed and Rufous Thighed Kites)
    
11. Lophoictinia (Square Tailed Kite)
12. Ictinia(Mississippi and Plumbeous Kites)
    
13. Elanus(Letter Winged, White Tailed Kite, etc)
