Im in too deep

Guys I'm in over my head, I don't think I ever wanted to get to this point. I just wanna go back to being friends, yet I'm scared that if I refuse they're gonna threaten me so I'm forced to keep going. Furthermore if they don't I really don't want to hurt their feelings! What do I do?! I'm in too deep! Send help!! SOS!!!
