Akuma Akito — Yes! He babysits as a part time job (he's a third year in secondary school)

Akuma Fuyu — He'd probably accidentally scare the child so no.

Amaris — No. Please don't she will neglect and lose the kid she's too busy gambling.

Aria — Yes! She's great with children.

Arie — No. She'd get real pissed with the child and she doesn't have time to deal with them anyways.

Asiandra Angel — If the kid doesn't piss her off :3

Asiandra Dash — Absolutely not. She would drop kick the kid.

Benencino — Yes! He'd be the second best with kids out of all the other OCs on this list (His significant other, Benivondo, is the best)

Benivondo — Yes, but parents would absolutely not. Despite how dangerous he is, he loves children. His only friend besides animals is actually a little kid named Liora! He saved her when she almost fell off a high platform. No, I don't have favorite OCs.

Blueberry Mane — He's really nice and caring but absolutely horrible with children.

Callie — She only has a design and name I have no idea.

Cherri Bloom — Children love her! But she doesn't know how to deal with them.

Misha — No. He'd lose his mind. Unlike his twin.

Sire Bliss — Out of his group of six, he's literally the only one who can be trusted to be anywhere near children. Maybe not with, but near is good enough.

Toffee — No. She'd ignore the kid.

Torie — Unlike her gambling addict sister, she would actually try and she'd be pretty decent. Not the best, but it's better than whatever Amaris is doing.

Uviet — He protects them, not deals with them. He has no idea how to handle children.

Yokata Nao — Yes he is absolutely wonderful with kids.

Yoshino Amaya — Yes!! Especially those who are interested in the sea!

Zayla — Yes, she's great at handling them. She's very gentle with them, even if they're an ass to her.
