So my best friend (16/yo boy) told me that he liked me and today we met up bc I wanted to know how and why yk. We talked and it was so weird but sweet man idk but I'm like 3 years younger than him like😶🥲

I don't know your friend, but 16 and 13 is kind of a sketchy gap coming from an adult (I'm male and 22). You guys are in totally different stages of life right now, the difference is staggering between 13 and 16. I'm a random stranger but I'd really advise against it, just because the chance that he could take advantage of you somehow is something you really don't want to risk.
