What do I do when there's this person I like, but they already have a partner?

I've known this person around as long as they've known their partner, and honestly, I thought it was super ironic. I've met their partner, and trust me, they're a sweetheart, but UGH

This crush isn't even a little crush anymore. It's been longer than a crush usually should last, and even though they've had a partner the entire time we've known each other, I was still there through the breakup, then they got with someone else. Even though it wasn't my place to say anything, I feel like I could've.

I really really really hate feelings right now because I don't know WHAT to do.
