I've decided that I wanna treat this like a diary? calling it that doesn't seem right.. a journal? Idk an archive of my life I guess.
I started writing this at 8am but I kept getting distracted and my cat has decided she really loves to watch the letters appear on screen while I type. I wonder if she would have a blog, what would she write about? "Today I shattered another glass cup while trying to get my negligent owners attention, they haven't fed me in 2 hours I think I'm dying." Probably. Anyway, its now 8:26 and she is sleeping next to me dreaming of I-dont-know-what while I procrastinate doing my schoolwork by writing this post.
Trying to think of stuff worthy to write in here is hard but then I remember that its my blog and it doesn't have to be interesting because I'm the only person who will actually read it. Hm. Yesterday I played my favorite game. I call it "Put Things in Cart" okay, its a working title. It essentially consists of me going on my favorite sites and filling up the cart with all the stuff I want before eventually closing out of the site, cart full. I have the money to buy the stuff most of the time but isn't it more fun to endlessly fill carts? Nevermind that, yesterday was one of the rare session Put Things In Cart (I really need to think of a better name). I actually spent almost 130 dollars on amazon, I bought some things I actually needed (new litter box and a water fountain for Billie and Torch) but then I decided I wanted a camcorder and new headphones and I didn't have the self control to stop me from buying it (they come today EEE).
It's 8:42, Billies awake again but this time she's not trying to attack my laptop so it's cool. I've been trying to explore my style more but it's so hard when all of the thrift stores around me look like the same five old people have been donating there for years. And let me add this, I'm not talking cool old people like my grandpa or that lady on instagram. I'm talking smells-like-oatmeal-and-mothballs old. How am I supposed to live my 2000s older brother dreams when all they sell is church clothes and the occasional "Hawaii Family Vacation 2018" tee in the size XXXL.
On another, completely unrelated note. I've been dying to see live music, there are hardly any shows around me and I don't have a car to go to the ones in San Francisco. I'm thinking of trying to see L.S. Dunes in Berkeley this month but I doubt anyone would take me that far. My next official concert I'm seeing is Balu Brigada. It's kind of out of my usual taste but they're really good and the guys are pretty cool. Since I just bought that camera I think it would be cool to film any live shows I go to, even if its just for me. Maybe at some point I would share them but I doubt it.
Okay, thats all from me for now, it's 8:59 as I'm finishing this and I suspect my family will be expecting me downstairs soon.
