Greedy corporations have artificially inflated rent in the USA

This is not funny at all. This is very very sad. Big corporations have artificially inflated rent prices in this country with several nefarious methods including warehouseing (deliberately keeping apartments off the market to increase rent) to inflate rent causing many more people to be homeless.
