Us election

I thought I posted this yesterday but I guess I didn't. I have been discussing the election results with all my friends and not a single one of them likes Trump. Well one of my friends said he will enjoy the memes that will come out of these next 4 years. 

Not that it was a shock to see the results, but I think it's interesting how more than 50% of the US agreed to put a convicted felon in charge. Not only that but a convicted felon with nothing to stand on. We saw his loyalty to his words in 2016 when he was elected, and the talk of "The Wall" slowly died down, such as all his promises. He never built a wall, and he definitely wasn't going to get the Mexicans to pay for it like he claimed. 

The claims he makes, like: "I'll have that done within 24 hours" when referring to the Russia-Ukraine war, are not only false (and I don't think anyone expects he will), BUT more importantly they take heat away from him and what he will actually do about serious issues, because he can just make a half-joke and call it a day. He gets away with it too, though more than half of his statements are false no one seems to feel like calling him out. Ah yes, lets vote for this guy that incited an insurrection, has committed 34 felonies, takes credit for overturning Roe v. Wade, STILL won't admit that the 2020 election was fair, and is by far the most untruthful president I have ever seen.

I could prolly talk abt this for hours but u get the point. God I'm glad I'm not american, and though I might seem upset I don't think I'll care much for this in abt a week. I'll just go back to my swedish life until something else interesting happens over there.
