I think I need help or not?

I have been wanting to do something social for years now but I'm always too nervous to talk to anyone or post anything on social media but I need to get over my fears of talk to people and make sure I'm able to have a normal conversation because me being not social is really killing me from the inside I wanna post cool art stuff I wanna post videos of games I play but I'm always too nervous to do so because I now no one would want to say something like that but I really do wanna...well that something for another time but also is it normal to have stomach acid burn your throat constantly it burns sometimes but that's all for now.
