why the bohemian rhapsody and donatello versus theory is actual dogshit

this has been pissing me off for a while so you all get to hear me complain.

i've seen some people theorize that Bohemian rhapsody is why donatello's backstory is the same as holes, which is blatantly not true. Yes, donatello’s backstory is ripped straight from the novel BUT, in the manga it's explained how bohemian rhapsody works in the SIMPLEST TERMS POSSIBLE and it basically says once you're in a story you're doomed to whichever character's role you're stuck in's fate, and you can't change it at all. this doesn’t happen with donatello As the thief just fesses up, and his life is just,, its own can of shit after. you know, NOT HOW THE STORY GOES AT ALL. Plus, It's not very likely bohemian rhapsody could make a one off situation like that since a stand just can't do something of that extent when its barely conscious until ~a decade later.
PLUS, a stand tweaking out like that is usually detrimental to the user. Meaning that its more likely that bohemian rhapsody would subconsciously manifest like, ,,, just a character showing up out of the blue, andcould probably be brushed off as a hallucination. not a VERY REAL baseball player’s cleats that were 100% really donated to charity, that’s just not how the fucking stand works.

not to be the fun police or anything but it just pisses me off when people say shit that just isn't true. this is almost as stupid as the Jonathan being star platinum + kakyoin being stone free theories from the here ye here ye ages. especially when it's about versus i'm a fucking sleeper agent or something
