I really don't like making sudden eye contacts with people especially when I'm in a not-so-good mood because this one time I spilled my coffee on my sweater and I was pissed for the whole day, I was walking on my way to my classroom then I made eye-contact with this guy while I was being mad about my stained sweater and all that. He then gave me a mean look too because he must've thought that I didn't like him but in reality I was just really pissed about what happened earlier. So now I'm stuck with overthinking "oh god does this guy hate me now? All because of that stupid sweater, god dammit!"

Another instance of this was during dismissal when I was looking for my little brother. Same story, I got a bit impatient and annoyed, my face being frown-y and all that and then bam, sudden eye-contacts again with a random peep. Poor kid, hopefully she didn't think I was mad at her or something.

Maybe I'm just overthinking on what people think about me when I make sudden eye-contacts with them but either way, I really freakin' hate making eye-contacts with people cause most of the time it's really bad timing. I've been trying to lessen my eye wandering around when I'm walking in places so situations like these won't happen again.
