not really sure

So, my birthday is coming up pretty soon, and I have no idea what I want to do. I just really want to hang out with my friends the whole day, but I feel like it'll be super awkward or uncomfortable because I'd be inviting two different friend groups together. The problem with that is that friend group A knows I like this girl in friend group B and this girl has a gf that's also in friend group B... so, very awkward. Oh, and this would be like the first time they meet each other! I might just have to cancel my birthday at this point because I don't know if I can handle the awakardness.
