Ok well where do I even start? My name is Sie and I’m 15 years old. I’ve had ups and downs with my life, but I’d say my life as a whole isn’t bad exactly, just can be difficult.
I’ve struggled with my mental health a lot over the years, but I think I’ve gotten a lot better and have gotten better at coping with my situations.
Dealing with bad situations can be very difficult but you can still do it if you try. Now, I know that it’s easier said than done, but you can do it!
Now, what do you do when in a sticky situation? That’s definitely not an easy question to answer, since everyone is different, and there are many things that you can do. You can do breathing exercises if you are about to have a panic attack. If you are depressed and dealing with a lot of stress, just try to take a break and talk to someone. Sometimes the best thing you can do is just talk to someone to just get it out.
You need to keep in your heart that there’s always going to be someone who cares for you as well, someone who will be there for you. It may seem like you are alone right now, but you just have to power through and keep going, no matter what.
Life is a beautiful thing. It’s magical and wonderful, now yes, it can be very, very difficult, but you just have to keep trying and not lose hope. Don’t let anyone dim your light, that’s what’s important.
