Questions for artist who are doing art commissions

Am I ready for art commissions? I'm a teenager still in high school, but I wanted to do a side hustle to buy myself some new school supplies or other personal stuff. But I'm a bit unsure of where to start.

My art ability is still pretty limited. Basically, I'm incapable of drawing metal, realistic animals, full-on anthropomorphic, and weak in coloring. I stay in my comfort zone a lot, so I only draw chibis and other things that I like to draw.

⟢ When/where should I start from here?

⟢ Should I set up a portfolio? If so, how?

⟢ Is my art good enough for commissions yet?

⟢ How should I price/base my price off? Art quality, time, fees?

⟢ How do I avoid scams?

⟢ What if people wanted to buy and use my art for commercial purposes or for business?

⟢ Any additional and helpful tips for when doing art commissions?
