Personal design takes on some Sonic characters

I made these more furry cartoony designs and I'm really proud of them so I'm gonna yap about them THEY ARE MY SILLIES

Also the next ones I'll make are Shadow and Rouge this is gonna be epic (i'll update this once I make them)

SO 

I'LL START WITH THE BROS

HERE THEY ARE THE GUYS

Now I got many inspirations for the designs

Sonic is very inspired by his official human design which why does everyone and their granma hate it??? Like when I saw it I was like yep that's Sonic that's literally him BUT ANYWAY 

So the clothes are the ones he wears in his official human design but a little bit tweeked and the shoes are the soap shoes (I feel like they are his most iconic ones) OH I also gave him earrings because I KNOW he would get them to look cool

Tails' design is lightly inspired by his boom design with the belt and the goggles, and I gave him a pouch so that he can carry his Miles Electric around. I chose the overalls for his outfit cuz they scream mechanic to me and I gave him some colorful patches cuz he's still a kid, also gave him blue shoes because that's the color of them in his beta design if I remember correctly.

NOW FOR AMY & KNUCKLES

THE BESTIES I KNOW THEY'RE BESTIES

I don't have much to say about Amy, I took some inspo from her boom design and cranked up the cuteness, she deserves it, I basically was like I'M GONNA MAKE HER AN IDOL and I gave her the cute pattern she has under her skirt over her skirt? idk how else to put it ENGLISH IS NOT WORKING TODAY BUT THAT'S OK

Also added the spines to her back, idk why she doesn't have them by default. OH and I also gave her weights on her ankles (ik she has them canonically but we don't really see them sooooo)

As for Knux, he's inspired by his boom design again and by his outfits in archie sonic 30 years later and the murder of Sonic, I really like the cowboy/sheriff vibe for him (it's not really noticeable but he does have his half moon pattern on his shirt). 

And I gave him claws because yes and I made him buff because of course

IT'S TIME TO EDIT THIS

So this time I don't have a character lineup BUT I made a design for Forces Sonic + a little outfit design for Amy. 

Also thinking of a name for this AU with my designs and I was thinking of naming it the Chaos AU, it fits well with the Sonic universe and it's also part of my username, it all ties up like a pretty little bow.

Basically I don’t believe dude was in prison IN SPACE for 6 months and he acts like it's all sunshine and rainbows, he must have suffered a little bit stuck in a tiny cage with nothing to do and in the grasp of Eggman. 

So I drew him in a not so well shape, he has seen better days.

Some notes on the design:

-he's a lot thinner, he didn't have a lot to eat, and he's a lot more fluffier. He couldn't groom his fur well enough and it's unkempt, his quills are also longer and heavier to the point that sometimes he gets headaches 

-the scars were inflicted both by Infinite and by Eggman. Eggman was the cause of the scars on Sonic's legs and feet, enough to slow him down but not to completely incapacitate him (in a humiliation type of way, yes I'm making things darker than they should but hey, we're talking about war times here)

-Sonic lost a lot of his confidence while stuck on the Death Egg, he became tired of everything and almost gave up, good thing he was rescued just in time!

-he's now recovering, the only things he did for a few days were eat and sleep, it looked like he didn't have energy for anything

NOW FOR AMY

I wanted to draw her in a cute gym outfit, I used some green in her clothes as a callback to her classic design. I like to think she's much stronger than she looks and she will throw hands, like girl walks all day with weight on her wrists and ankles and carries a giant hammer she MUST be strong.

For her role in the forces timeline I think she would train with knuckles to become stronger to eventually rescue Sonic (I'll exclude the rookie and Classic in this version of the story, I don't think they add much and are not really necessary). Knux can be a bit rough but he's a good teacher (they become besties who punch each other occasionally, in a friendly way).
