Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a very small list of my personal predictions for fashion in 2025.
Reflecting on 2024, this year's fashion trends have definitely changed since the past few years... and I mean a LOT. I was honestly surprised to see 2000s styles resurface so much, considering it has died out quite a bit beforehand. Although, many people nowadays throw on a cropped tee with bootcut jeans and call it "y2k." Nonetheless, I am still happy to see such iconic styles come back. Out of my personal favorites, I am 100% into bringing back tracksuits and mcbling--those two styles will forever have my heart. Anyways! Let me share my predictions:
1. Fawn print
2. Small, basic handbags.
3. Chunkier studded jewelry.
4. Lace leggings.
5. Resurface of Japanese y2k.
Some of these predictions are definitely from my preferences in fashion, but it's overall a complete guess. Especially, for example, the use of small handbags, I feel as though complete minimalism might make a huge comeback to fashion. The majority of fashion I have seen being broadcasted and shared recently are more minimalistic, "old money," and clean looks. For that reason, smaller handbags complete a look in order to make it seem classic and timeless. However, I feel as that many would focus on other accessories for this reason, hence my predictions in bigger and flashier jewelry. Besides my other predictions, I am 100% hoping for Japanese y2k to come back. I adore the combinations and patterns from that era, and love that it is subtle yet colorful and bright. Hope you take my predictions with a grain of salt! What predictions do you have for next year's fashion?
XOXO, Juno ♡
