Power system

The powersystem relies on 3 factors

1. souls

People or Skinwalkers are Rarily born with special souls like Rix the Skinwalker is incarnated with an holy soul (an soul that non Skinwalkers Usualy have) meaning Rix has permission to leave the forest as a Skinwalker at all times. there are no people created with cursed souls (like the souls Skinwalkers have).

Netty was born from [name not found] wich was deleted by [the will of god] from existence hence why she has an nonexistent soul (WICH IS NOT THE SAME OF HAVING NO SOUL)

2. reality

reality is like a logic checking Programm in this universe, dumbed down meaning when an human intends to move their for example pointing finger, reality moves it. this goes for every action in existence exept for a body that is a host of an nonexistent soul or of [the will of god]

[the will of god] is another logic checking programm that has higher authority than reality itself that was created when the cruel god was felled and has only one known command:

always delete the peak of human evolution that has the potential of falling the future reincarnated flower god (Wich is the cruel god reincarnated) from existence.

the nonexistent soul has the perk of "not existence" wich means that your body exists but reality gets confused and bends at the souls hosts intent.

 Wich means the host can reform in diffrent parts of reality indicating an almost instant teleport.

 this comes with an flaw though; when the host "teleports", reality gets more and more confused because of that depending on the situation, position and lenght of the teleportation parts (like pieces of tissue, bones, limbs and or organs) of the hosts body will dissapear for a short time and reappear into reality since reality fixed it mistake.

the more dire the teleport is needed the more the teleport costs for instance: 

when you need to get to class but you are late, teleporting will cost you a bit of skin that will reappear in about 10 seconds.

but when you are about to die from an deadly force and you teleport far far away, you lose an entire limb or an entire organ (that is not needed by the body to survive like a kidney) that you will regain in an few hours

this teleport does not create wounds and the tissue around the lost tissue will already have patched up like an wound would have naturaly regenerated.
