hii the title says it all lol,, im getting a fringe soon and idk i want it to be noticeable but im poor and kinda overwhelmed so can anyone perhaps give me a good starting point?

def get u 2-3 pairs of skinny jeans, pref black or light wash go to spencers or hot topic and get band tees of music you like. stack up on belts and kandi
and if you want dye ur hair a bright color (bright red, blue, pink, green) or if you can't dye bc of work def go platinum (get it done and don't risk hair falling out xd) if you want get raccoon tails/streaks/highlights and get a good heat protectant if you wanna wear a scene fringe on the dailyy

i have skinny jeans and a ptv shirt!1 i plan on wearing my fringe a lot so i'll ask my stylist what she recommends and i do make kandi! :D
