[OC] Matthew Mini Ref

another oc ref, this time of my boy Matthew x) !!

he's the last oc i needed to make a ref for to chuck in the secret santa wishlist thing, i do need to make my persona a ref but i'd be fine without getting art of her. i do still have the whole month of november and december to do it though,,

i really like how his ref came out, maybe even more than Travis' ^_^ (although i'm more of a fan oc Travis' colors x])
