Garden thingies (This is actually important pls read this)

So idek how to explain things well but like im trying my best. Ik this is a lot but pls pls pls pls read this, it is so important.

Basically, groceries are getting more and more expensive likeee ridiculously expensive to the point were actually quite a lot of people are barely surviving rn and I've been like advocating for people to start their own gardens. It lowkey sounds kinda dumb but genuinely starting your own garden is a really good idea because even if you can't grow a lot of fruit or vegetables, you could still get a few and sometimes get to avoid buying certain groceries because like you'd have them at home. Obviously at like the time im posting this it's fall so it's kinda too late to start a garden currently, but there's always the spring.

My family has our own little garden, we don't get much out of it but what we do get is really good. We've been growing strawberries, bell peppers, tomatoes and green beans and the ones that aren't eaten by squirrels are really good. Also, if you live in an apartment, there'll be a list of some foods you may be able to grow in your apartment AND if you don't have what's necessary to start a garden or you don't have the time, or you just can't start a garden for any reason, I'll link a google doc that has an email template you can copy, paste and edit to send to your (Whatever the like town leaders are called, srry i forgot) to request a community garden.ย

ALSO THAT'S ANOTHER THING, COMMUNITY GARDENS ARE SO USEFUL!!!! THEY'RE A WAY TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO OTHER PEOPLE, CONNECT WITH PEOPLE (this sounds corny asf) AND BE ABLE TO GET FREE FRUIT AND VEGETABLES WHEN YOU OR OTHERS ARE IN NEED OF FOODS!!!!! please please please, even if you do have the resources to start a garden, still request that your town makes a community garden!!!ย

Link to the google doc with the email template
