People places and things

People places and things are very frightening!!! Something i keep doing is that i go to things with those because i think i need 2 desensitize myself to other people but the only thing that happens is that i feel uncomfortable and i leave just as scared of it as i already was. I think i should just stop but i cant because im trapped into doing these things as a citizen of the world... No fun :~(
