Niccy's Song Of The Day #1: Time Still / Passaro - Pifaro (Flute Bird) by Lloyd McNeill

Decided to try and post one song I like a day until I eventually get bored and forget.

To start off we got Time Still / Passaro - Pifaro (Flute Bird) by Lloyd McNeill, a song I randomly found because of spotify's discover weekly and that I instantly fell in love with.

Some of the best flute and piano I've heard in jazz, it fills me with so much love and whimsy that I can't help but smile and hum along whenever it comes on. It would also be remiss of me not to mention the backing vocals and bass which really bring the whole thing together.

This particular track falls slightly outside my usual tastes, being more avant-garde than the rest of the jazz I listen to but man I just cant help but love it.
