˚₊‧꒰ა ☆ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚ workout

~ im gonna try a new extreme workout routine i made for a month ! heres the list 

 (caution: this workout is really extreme , so please be cautious that you might faint doing all this! please take care of yourself and eat healthy ୨ৎ <3 ) ૮₍ ˃ ⤙ ˂ ₎ა

         ♡ ‧₊˚ ⋅ ౨ৎ  ‧₊ .ᐟ 

     - 1 min plank (1x3)      - 100 jumping jacks (50x2)        - burpees (25x4)

     - 75 crunches (25x3)    - 30 squats (15x2)                    - 20 russian twists (20x1)

     - 30 plank hip dips        - 30 donkey kicks (15x2)          - plank up & down (10x2)

ofcourse youre gonna have to stretch for atleast 3-4 mins after doing all that! but ill let you know how it goes and if you should do it too ! ૮₍ ` ꒳ `₎ა drink 2l of water everyday especially if youre gonna try this out!
