Joel: Profile Picture Problems

guys i cant change my profile picture; it wont save!!!! its less than 2 MB so i dont really understand. for context its a gif (which is accepted), specifically 'abby barclay dies and doesnt come back' from sburb.exe!!! if i could get some help here thatd be nice :(
