am i saying this solely because i don't know how html/ccc/javasript works? yes. am i still saying this? yes! lets be clear, i havn't the foggiest clu how to program, im a forensic science major, not a compsci major! in fact i failed compsci in the 6th grade. but i swear to GOD i just wanna make a website for my ocs :(

Hi! I started to learn HTML and CSS directly cuz of neocities. What part of it is giving you a hard time? Maybe I could offer advice for specific stuff. but generally, you just gotta google EVERYTHING ...
hello kind stranger! The main thing that is frustrating me in the fact that I dont know exactly where to put the code. I've tried adding the style guides both in and out of the body tags but whatever I add won't work :< Any help will be appreciated, thanks again!
