I've not been on here in a long time but I'm just coming to write one thing: this is directed to anyone using a custom cursor on their page.
Crop your cursors. A lot of the time I see people who use cursors, really pretty cursors, but then they are a pain to actually use cuz the, like - I am really bad at explaining things, but - the, like... edge of the image, I guess, is very far from the edge of the cursor itself, so it has those extra pixels that the computer still sees as the actual cursor. It's just, like, if you had a giant cursor, but all those extra pixels between the edge of the picture and the actual cursor, were invisible.
You can just go on MSPaint. Aseprite. Pixilart. Really, anything. Ibispaint. Procreate. Anything at all. Hell, you could print it out, cut out the extra space, and then scan it. But you probably wouldn't. Just crop it. I'm tired of seeing people going, "Oh, sorry, I know my cursor's broken." or - even worse - people who won't even address it! Just crop it and it'll be fine.
Here, I made an example. The cursor is only 35x45 pixels. But since the image is 100x100 pixels, the cursor is then 100x100 pixels.
Just get rid of those other pixels. Select your cursor and crop it.
Now your cursor won't be broken anymore and you can get that "I know my cursor is broken, I just don't know how to fix it" off your About Me!
It isn't that big a deal, I know. But it's still annoying and it makes me a lot less likely to spend a lot of time on your profile because I'll just be thinking, "God, that's a pretty cursor - sucks that it's a pain to use! Goodbye."
I hope this was helpful to anyone. Have a good rest of your day.
