I HATE nu social media!!1! (1)

can I just say how much new (algorithmized, short form content, excessive ads) social medias are HORRIBLE AND STINKY >:() and what they do to a person is horrible, y'know dopamine right? the silly chemical in ya brain giving ya the "yippee oh boy" feeling, well social media gives you small Bursts of it every time u watch a short or smthn, and eventually it makes you ACTUALLY ADDICTED, which ruins your brains dopamine reward system, frying your dopamine receptors and thats not good, i would know because my older brother is a DOOM SCROLLING SOCIALMEDIALITE who barely talks or does anything n it sux.
