This
is definitely one of my most ambitious drawings, even to this day.
The
amount of detail in it was pushing me to my limits at the time, and it took me
a few days to fully finish.
It was mostly a reflection of my
feelings at the time. A lot of the people around me didn't appreciate
the things I liked in the same way, and it was making me feel alienated.
Most of those feelings have faded since then, mostly due to said people drifting away from me since then.
I still think it's a good drawing, and is one of the ones that have aged the best.
Also don't hold your breath for that colored version.
